Valenciennes FC is a football club based in the northern French city of Valenciennes, currently playing in the third division, Championnat National 1.

Founded in 1913, the club has a rich history and a tradition of developing homegrown talent.

The team plays its matches at Stade du Hainaut, a stadium with a 25,000 seat capacity.

Sport Republic became the controlling shareholder of Valenciennes in the summer of 2023.
